Brilliant Senior Voice-Overs (revised)

Revisions to the video:
* updated lower thirds to include job info about the characters
* added Debbie soundbite (1:07) explaining why her class is important/news value: aging population = more seniors = greater demand for advertising directed at seniors
* reorganized the ending to eliminate the dark doorway exit scene, and include soundbite and clip of Neil reflecting on the class and his hopes for the future
* blog post intro is the same
