What box do you check?

The Census Bureau announced last month that more than nine million Americans identified themselves as belonging to two or more race groups, a 32% increase over the last decade.

The increase in the number of Americans identifying as mixed race suggests multicultural Americans are one of the fastest-growing demographic groups in the country, and that Americans are becoming more comfortable with racial mixing.
